Migliarino locality of the town of Fiscaglia in the province of Ferrara, is located about half way between the Adriatic Sea and the capital of the province Ferrara. The weather is usually very cold winters and very rainy, between January and February is the coldest period and there are some snow also of considerable importance (February 2012 over 60 cm of snow fell), with the phenomenon of Blizzard; although in recent years the winters were very mild and rainy. Spring is characterized by two distinct phases: the first part is usually cold and rainy with major rainfall accumulations, however the latter is much more hot and humid with little precipitation, the only precipitation of downpour or storm also of considerable intensity (May 2, 2014 more than 300 mm of rain in 24 hours). Summer is very hot with high temperatures as this area is often hit by African anticyclone, these phases of intense heat usually are interrote by violent storms. Autumn is divided like spring in two distinct phases, a first part that is almost like summer with a few wave of African anticyclone and therefore very high temperatures, a second phase than very mild and very wet.
